REFUND POLICY
Website Design Services
Due to the nature of custom website design work, setup fees, deposits, and payments made for completed work are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If a project is cancelled before any work has started, a refund may be considered at our discretion, less any administrative costs incurred.
Hosting and Subscription Services
Monthly hosting and maintenance fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.
Any billing disputes must be reported within 7 days of the transaction date.
Failed or Duplicate Payments
Duplicate or incorrect payments will be refunded once verified.
