These Terms and Conditions apply to all clients and services provided by LM Hosting unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Services
LM Hosting provides website design, website hosting, website maintenance, domain registration assistance, business email hosting, SSL certificates, e-commerce solutions, and other related digital services.
The specific services included in a client’s package or quotation will be determined by the agreed quotation, invoice, subscription, or service agreement.
Quotations and Payments
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
For once-off projects, work will generally commence once the agreed deposit or setup fee has been received. Any remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment terms.
Monthly subscriptions and recurring services are payable in advance and must be paid on or before the applicable due date.
LM Hosting reserves the right to suspend or restrict services where payments remain outstanding.
Payments made directly to LM Hosting must be correctly referenced so that they can be allocated to the appropriate client account.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, content, images, logos, product information, login details, and other materials required for the completion and ongoing management of their website or services.
The client is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use any content, images, logos, documents, or other materials supplied to LM Hosting.
Delays caused by the client failing to provide required information, content, approvals, or feedback may affect the agreed project completion timeframe.
Website Development and Revisions
Website development timelines depend on the scope of work and the timely provision of content and feedback by the client.
Any additional work or features requested outside the original agreed scope may be subject to an additional quotation or fee.
Changes requested after completion or approval of a website may also be treated as additional work where they fall outside the original agreed scope.
Web Hosting
Hosting services are provided on a recurring subscription basis according to the selected hosting package.
Hosting fees must be paid by the applicable due date. Accounts with overdue balances may be suspended until the outstanding amount has been settled.
LM Hosting reserves the right to terminate hosting services where an account remains unpaid for an extended period or where the client breaches these Terms and Conditions.
Domain Registration and Renewal
Where LM Hosting assists with domain registration or renewal, the client remains responsible for ensuring that domain registration information is accurate and up to date.
Domain registration and renewal fees are payable according to the applicable quotation, invoice, or subscription.
LM Hosting cannot guarantee the availability of a particular domain name before registration has been successfully completed.
Website Maintenance
Website maintenance services are limited to the services included in the client’s selected maintenance package.
Requests that fall outside the agreed maintenance package may be quoted separately.
Maintenance plans do not automatically include extensive website redesigns, major functionality changes, large-scale content updates, data migration, or the delivery of full website backups unless specifically stated in the applicable package or quotation.
Backups
Where backups are provided as part of a service, they are intended as a precautionary measure and should not be considered a guarantee against data loss.
Clients remain responsible for maintaining their own copies of important business information and website content where appropriate.
Requests for the preparation, transfer, or delivery of large website backups may be subject to an additional fee where the service is not included in the client’s package.
Suspension and Termination
LM Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where:
Payments remain overdue.
The client breaches these Terms and Conditions.
The service is being used for unlawful or abusive activities.
The client’s actions create a security risk to our systems, servers, or other clients.
The client uses the service in a manner that violates applicable laws or third-party service requirements.
Suspended services may require settlement of all outstanding amounts before they are restored.
Intellectual Property
The client retains ownership of content, images, logos, text, and other materials supplied by the client.
LM Hosting retains ownership of its proprietary tools, systems, software, development processes, templates, code libraries, and other resources used to provide the services, unless ownership has been specifically transferred to the client in writing.
Third-party software, plugins, themes, fonts, images, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licensing terms.
Acceptable Use
Clients may not use LM Hosting services for unlawful activities, fraudulent activities, malicious software, abuse, spam, or any activity that may compromise the security, availability, or performance of our systems or other users’ services.
LM Hosting reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action where misuse or abuse is suspected.
Limitation of Liability
While every reasonable effort is made to provide reliable and secure services, LM Hosting does not guarantee that services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely free from security vulnerabilities.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LM Hosting shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business, business interruption, loss of data, or damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Third-Party Services
Some services may rely on third-party providers, including domain registrars, payment gateways, hosting infrastructure providers, software developers, and other external platforms.
LM Hosting is not responsible for outages, policy changes, service interruptions, or failures caused by third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms applicable to the specific service purchased.
Once work has commenced on a custom website project, deposits or payments may not be refundable where work has already been performed or costs have been incurred.
Recurring services may be cancelled subject to any applicable notice requirements and outstanding amounts must be settled before cancellation is finalised.
Amendments
LM Hosting reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Changes will be published on this website and will become effective from the date they are published unless otherwise stated.
Quotations and Payments

LM Hosting reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate services where payments or other amounts remain outstanding in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Web Hosting
Hosting services are provided on a recurring subscription basis according to the selected hosting package.
Hosting fees must be paid by the applicable due date. Accounts with overdue balances may be subject to suspension or restriction in accordance with the LM Hosting payment and overdue account policy.
Payment of a current hosting invoice does not clear previous outstanding invoices or balances on the account.
LM Hosting reserves the right to terminate hosting services where an account remains unpaid for an extended period, where outstanding amounts remain unresolved after reasonable reminders, or where the client breaches these Terms and Conditions.
Overdue Accounts and Payment Enforcement
All invoices issued by LM Hosting are payable by the due date stated on the applicable invoice.
LM Hosting may issue payment reminders where an invoice remains unpaid. Clients are responsible for monitoring their invoices, account balances, and payment status and for ensuring that payments are made on time.
Where an account remains overdue for two or more billing periods, LM Hosting reserves the right to restrict or suspend affected services until the outstanding balance has been settled.
This may apply even where a client continues to pay current recurring charges while previous invoices or balances remain unpaid.
The payment of a current invoice does not automatically clear, cancel, or offset any previous outstanding balance unless LM Hosting confirms otherwise in writing.
Where services are suspended due to an overdue balance, the client remains responsible for all outstanding amounts accrued up to the date of suspension, together with any additional amounts that become due under the applicable service agreement.
LM Hosting may require settlement of the outstanding balance before suspended services are restored. Restoration of services is subject to payment being received and processed and may be subject to the applicable service terms.
Where an account remains unpaid after reasonable reminders and notification, LM Hosting reserves the right to take further action, including termination of the affected services.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to LM Hosting under applicable law.
